participant qualification
All Participants must meet certain requirements in order to enroll with Capital IDEA.
You must be:
- Resident of Central Texas
- 18 years or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- At or below of federal poverty guidelines (see Income Guidelines below) or supported by Sponsoring Employer Partners
Income Guidelines
Capital IDEA receives funding from a variety of sources, including state and federal grants. Because of this, we can only serve people at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guideline. Each person’s situation is different and requires that we assess potential participants on a case-by-case basis. However, below is a chart that gives a general idea of who qualifies.
