Why isn't my progress bar updating?

The progress bar automatically updates when you complete some tasks like watching your videos or booking your assessment. When you submit your documents for review, the progress bar won’t update until a Capital IDEA staff person checks your documents. If your progress bar doesn’t seem to be working, don’t worry, it won’t affect your actual progress. Complete your tasks as best you can, and come in for your assessment. We’ll review your progress at that point and let you know if anything still needs to be completed.
