What is a Career Navigator?
Career Navigators are part of the wraparound support at the core of our program. Each student is matched with a Navigator who understands their degree plan and future career field.
From enrollment to graduation, your Navigator will walk beside you.
They’re your guide, your sounding board, and your support system—helping you handle challenges and stay on track to your new career. Staying in touch with your Navigator is a key part of your success.
Where You’ll Meet
Regular check-ins provide personalized support, helping you stay on track with your goals and overcome any challenges you might face. Whether it's in person or via Microsoft Teams, these check-ins ensure you're always connected to the resources and guidance you need to achieve your goals.

What Your Navigator Will Do:
Regular Check-ins
Before every semester starts, you’ll meet to plan your schedule and make sure you’re ready. You’ll also check in throughout the semester—new students may meet as often as twice a month.
Support for School and Life
Your Navigator will help you stay focused, connect with resources, and solve problems as they come up—whether you need tutoring, childcare support, counseling, or emergency financial aid.
