We Support Professional Union Apprenticeship Programs

Professional unions offer exceptional training programs for high-skill trades and they launch high-paying careers that can last a lifetime. But even in a paid union apprenticeship program, it can be difficult to meet the training expenses required for these great jobs. That’s why we partner with several local unions to help you succeed. We know that by offering a little extra financial support now, we can set you up for a bright future tomorrow, and that’s what we’re all about.

If you’re considering applying to a union apprenticeship or have already been accepted into one, Capital IDEA might be the extra support you need!

Capital IDEA’s support for apprentice programs includes:

  • A minimum of two years of union fees
  • Professional tools
  • Additional training costs

Please note that Capital IDEA will support union apprentices who meet our qualifications, but we cannot guarantee applicants will get accepted into a union program. Each union makes their own acceptance decisions.
